Methodology
What we count. Discharge outcomes assessed at the time of discharge, classified by the treatment team in coordination with the case team. Family-satisfaction surveys distributed within 30 days of discharge with one follow-up at 90 days. Alumni follow-up surveys distributed annually to consenting graduates at 1, 3, and 5 years post-discharge.
What we report. All metrics on this page reflect a trailing 24-month window unless otherwise noted. Response rates are: family-satisfaction survey — [rate]%; alumni 1-year survey — [rate]%; alumni 3-year — [rate]%; alumni 5-year — [rate]%.
What we exclude. Residents discharged within 30 days of admission are excluded from outcome metrics. Residents whose case-team disclosure preferences exclude post-discharge follow-up are omitted from alumni metrics.
